Toyota Heeds Apple to Remove Jailbreak Ad Campaign

It?s not new for Apple to openly oppose the jailbreak community. As you might have known already, Apple is quite strict and tenacious about the mere act of jailbreaking and the Cupertino-based company means serious business, even if it means facing the multinational automaker Toyota. Just recently, Apple confronted Toyota asking the giant motor company to remove its released Scion-branded theme pack found in Cydia store. Toyota launched it as a form of a campaign that allows all jailbroken iPhone users to use. We wouldn?t question Toyota?s amazing ability to advertise but it seemed too much for Apple to take. Fortunately, Toyota heeded Apple?s plea and removed the theme from Cydia. Source
